Long-term Weight Goal
Hit ONEderland by 6.1.2013

How?
1. Tracking calories daily. To some this may seem tedious (because it is). I know this works for me from past attempts; so for now, it's what I've got to do.
2. Allow myself cheat meals instead of cheat days.
3. Exercise 3 times per week for 30 minutes a session.
